As a writer of copy and content, I specialize in reproductive and sexual health and wellness, (including women’s health and maternal health), fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, and the postpartum period. I’m also experienced in and excited about producing content related to infancy, parenting, overall health and wellness, nutrition, holistic and functional medicine, and sustainability (including sustainable fashion).
Body literacy, body autonomy, and reproductive justice inform all of my work in the world. I believe that all people should have access to knowledge, tools, and support in order to live healthy lives and make informed decisions.
